Returns
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns for products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once your returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product. We will replace it free of charge.
Non-Returnable Items
For sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns on opened skincare products, gift cards, or promotional sale items.
